You won’t find many street signs on Puerto Rico. For that reason the directions below are based on landmarks and street numbers. Please print out the driving directions, do not trust the GPS, they do not work precisely in our area.

For the Bio Bay “ Laguna Grande” adventure the GPS coordinates are 18*21.769N, 65*37,528 W. (Just in case as a backup).

Driving Instructions: Palmas del Mar, Humacao to Seven Seas, Fajardo

Take highway #53 North in the direction of Fajardo. Passing the third toll, continue driving 4.5 miles, until you reach the traffic light and turn right onto street #194. Proceed on this street for approximately 10 - 12 minutes. You will pass a few Marinas on your right, then you will pass the entrance of El Conquistador Resort to your right. At this point, the street becomes street #987. Continuing straight, you will see “El Faro” Restaurant and a baseball field to your left, keep left and proceed until you see the beach to your left and then the "Malecon" area (with the beach parallel to you). At this point you will see all of our equipment and guides waiting for you.

We'll be waiting for you!

[Same as above but keep going past the beach]
Continue on the same street, without making any turns, for about 5 minutes more and you will reach Las Croabas Passive Park (Parque La Juventud), you will see the ocean on the left and some sail boats, and to the right many Restaurants.   Now is time to start looking for a parking space, once you find parking, put everything in the trunk of the car, and start looking for Pure Adventure staff. Our guides will be wearing kaki shirts. Our base of operations will be located on the left of the park close to the boat ramp. Look for us in kaki shirts, signs and a flag with the Pure Adventure Logo. We’ll be waiting for you!

Things to keep in mind:

Try to be 10 minutes earlier than meeting time to find free parking. On Saturday and Sunday the park is normally very crowded. The guides of Pure Adventure wear kaki shirts, also there are signs and our flag with the company logo. Bring extra clothes for after the trip. “The perfect way to see the Bio Bay!”

There are lots of companies offering trips to the Bio Bay, but I could tell from looking around that Pure Adventure has the safest, most comprehensive tour. The guides are very smart and lots of fun. Choose Pure Adventure!

Greetings from Alemania

I thought the tour would be ok, but it was extraordinary. Thanks for demonstrating to us an innovative new way of bird watching. But thank you especially for taking the time to explain to us all about the culture, history and nature from P.R. That means a lot for us since we come from a different culture.

Awesome Birds!
